The event is the largest event of its kind in the Western Hemisphere and is expected to draw nearly 12,000 wine and grape industry professionals from around the world. "There is nothing that collectively showcases wine industry suppliers and invaluable business information in one place like the Unified Symposium does," said Lyndie Boulton, executive director for American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV), which is a co-organizer with the California Association of Winegrape Growers (CAWG).
